UK SHIPPING

All parcels are sent with RoyalMail signed for. Post and Packaging within the U.K. mainland will cost £9 for new footwear, £7 for resoled footwear, and £4.5o for smaller items.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We send everything by Tracked Mail, and will get your items to you as soon as possible.

Shipping within the EU is £25 per pair.

Shipping to USA is £29 per pair.

Shipping to REST OF WORLD is £29 per pair.

RETURNS

Standard Ordered footwear must be returned unworn and within 14 days from receiving you order. You must email us before sending the item back with details of the problem so we can catalogue any faults. Please try on your footwear indoors with socks on, as we cannot exchange or refund footwear that have been worn outside.

If your order was a Custom Order, please contact us to discuss your concerns, we will do what we can to help.

Sale Items can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately we cannot refund postage on returns.

TERMS

Due to international custom laws international orders may incur additional charges. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. Should the buyer refuse to pay any custom duties and tax, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are shipped back to us in order to receive a refund. Returns are processed once the goods reach us. 

Delivery costs are non-refundable on any international returns. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Any information that we hold on you is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your details to any other business.
